About us

Welcome to Wheelies with Wings!

Wheelies with Wings is a registered charity, non-profit and public company offering training programs for wheelchair users to learn to fly airplanes.

Our purpose is to provide opportunities for people living with physical disability to participate in flying experiences.

Our service aims to enable greater independence, freedom and goal achievement as well as capacity building skills development, and greater participation in recreation, leisure and travel.

Our Mission

Wheelies with Wings aims to promote the rehabilitation of people living with physical disability, by creating a new horizon of achievement in life.

Wheelies With Wings offers the Suzi Duncan Scholarships for flying training courses based on a competitive selection process.

Our Board

Wheelies With Wings operates under the generosity of donated time, skills and dedication of a volunteer Board.

The Board of Directors carry out all organisational and administrative tasks at no cost, and bear their own administration, travel and accommodation costs as required.
