Before now wheelchair persons could just forget about flying right? After all nearly all aircraft need legs and feet to operate rudders and brakes, dont they?
Well yes and no...many disabled pilots around the world have adapted normal aircraft to thier use by designing special controls to be "bolted on" to production aircraft like Cessnas and Pipers. Read Suzi Duncan's story here.
